Each of the Feeding Britain local pilots look different depending on the specific context. The pilots work at different geographic scales (a borough, a town or city, a county or region), and are coordinated by different types of organisations.

We value the diversity and innovation that exists locally across our pilots, and are not seeking to create a one size fits all model. We are learning together as a network and dont want to be too prescriptive- we recognise that decision on the activities and approaches that are needed are best made locally.

However, to ensure the Feeding Britain network has coherence and is working towards the same broad aims we ask each pilot to sign up to some basic criteria:
